Therapists on our team:

Gabriella supports neurodivergent women who feel stuck despite doing significant inner work. She supports insightful, self-aware clients who want lasting change beyond venting or basic coping tools, especially around people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, boundaries, and nervous system regulation.

As a neurodivergent and highly sensitive therapist herself, she offers a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and collaborative approach that gently challenges unhelpful patterns while honouring each client’s unique experiences.

Devyn supports people struggling with perfectionism, people-pleasing, negative self-talk, body image concerns, disordered eating, and the pressure to mask as a neurodivergent person. As someone with ADHD, she understands how exhausting these cycles can be and helps clients work with their minds, build self-trust, and feel more at home in themselves.

Devyn’s approach is inclusive, size-affirming, trauma-informed, and tailored to each person, with accommodations available to support comfort and accessibility. She offers a safe, nonjudgmental space for exploring identity, strengthening self-esteem, and moving toward self-compassion, with a sliding scale for those needing financial flexibility.

“Having ADHD myself, I spent years trying to ‘do therapy right’ before realizing I needed someone who understood how my brain works. That shift changed everything, and now I help others find that same sense of understanding and relief.”
