She/her

My name is Devyn and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a deep commitment to compassionate and inclusive care, I support individuals facing challenges with self-esteem, body image, disordered eating, and neurodiversity.

As an individual with ADHD myself, I understand the challenges that come along with being neurodivergent and I work to help clients learn to work with their mind rather than against it. I recognize and celebrate the strengths and unique perspectives neurodivergent individuals bring, including creativity, depth of focus, and alternative ways of seeing the world.

Drawing on a range of evidence-based methods, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. During sessions, you are welcome to request accommodations such as having the camera off, receiving written notes, taking breaks, or using sensory-friendly approaches. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel as comfortable as possible to be able to explore your identity and work towards a healthier self-view.

Together, we can navigate your journey toward empowerment and well-being. I also have a sliding scale available for individuals who may be struggling financially and are looking for more affordable options.

I have completed my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology through York University and my Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University.
